1. Inner Blessings. This 20 minute meditation allows love and blessings to flow into one's field and cellular structure from the Earth Mother, Solar Father, the Nature Kingdoms and one's Soul, Oversoul and Source. This meditation provides a means through which the form and field is energized enough and loved by the nonphysical to continue to heal and ascend "home".
2. Outer Blessings. This 30 minute meditation allows the blessings to flow outward towards the land and region that one lives and all kingdoms therein, to one's ancestors, one's food source, to those one is releasing karma or resolving problems with in one's life dance, and to those that one loves. Nature returns all blessings received allowing for the experience of communion, joy and healing within. This assists initiates in learning balanced giving and receiving leading to a greater state of abundance within the life dance.
