Ascending Travel Suggestions

Dear Beloved,

In our own experience of long plane flights, travel can be very hard upon an ascending body. One reason that the flights are so difficult is a lack of oxygen, as an ascending form takes an inordinate amount of O2 to sustain the vibration of the form. The lack of O2 causes a drop in blood sugar, which then turns the body on to transmuting body fat or adipose into the necessary sugar to sustain the vibration. This overloads the liver and kidneys and creates a waste known as ketoses.

If not enough sugar is present, crystalline cells begin to die. Then in the recuperation, one must then rebuild cells that may have been alive and well before the trip on top of the continued conversion of decay or scar tissue in their own ascension. For the purposes of teaching, Mila and Oa found the recovery time from any lengthy plane ride to be 3 days, and even then, they were often too toxic sometimes to hold the vibration that would have created a greater impact at the event they were hosting.

We have found several herbal additives as helpful to counterbalance such things. One can build the immune system ahead of time to create added white blood cells which will have the effect of absorbing both the ketoses and the antibacterial spray that comes along with the oxygen through the craft. This antibacterial stuff literally kills cells and creates a paste that goes into the blood via the lungs from breathing it for many hours. This in and of itself often stops up the intestinal tract for a day or two after a flight causing a bout of constipation, which then retains the toxins in the system rather than moving them out.

So here is what Mila and Oa have come up with to counterbalance all of such difficulties. Both Mila and Oa tend to gain a few pounds of extra fat the day before a flight so that there is plenty of fat to quickly convert to blood sugar. Mila has found she burns approximately 3/4 of a pound per hour that she is upon the plane, and so gaining 7 pounds for a 10 hour flight is adequate for her. Each will have a different ratio depending upon their current vibration and initiatory level.

1. Liquid Oxygen. One can obtain this at health food stores or via the web if one types in "liquid oxygen". Take the advised dosage once per day beginning 1 week before the trip as the crystalline form does store excess oxygen. Then before boarding, take a dose, and during a long flight, take another dose or two, but muscle test. Oa generally requires two doses of O2 upon the plane, Mila only one. This provides additional oxygen that may not be available upon the plane, which lessens the stress upon the liver in requiring the conversion of less body fat to sustain the vibration. Remember oxygen run through the diaphragm of the crystalline form and is converted to blood sugar.

2. Maitaki Mushroom Extract. Maitaki mushroom extract is expensive, but it contains the vital components to build white blood cells. If one cannot obtain this, Echinacea is useful in triggering the white blood cell count to increase. However the mushroom extract proves to muscle test to be the best solution to building the immune system before a long trip because it contains the vital amino acids for the process. Begin to take the mushroom extract in advised dosages one week from the date of flying and intend to build your white blood cell count. Continue to take for a few days after to assist the toxic recovery. If on a short trip, Mila and Oa continue to take both the oxygen and mushroom extract throughout the trip.

3. Dieters Tea or a good Laxative. If one is prone to constipation, utilize a good cleanser or stimulant before leaving, and then again after checking into the hotel. This assures two things, that the antibacterial toxins from the air circulatory system of the plane does not remain in one's system too long, as they cause cells to die in the intestinal tract, kidneys and liver. Much of what is utilized as cleansers or antibacterial substance cause living things to die much like the death hormone in the body. In so doing, one shall increase their ability to detoxify from the trip and not suffer too much damage

4. Drink lots of water during the flight. One may wish to take a large bottle of water and intend to finish it before they land, adding lemon if available. This flushes some of what is occurring out through the bladder. The substances utilized in the air circulatory system dehydrate the body. In dehydration, there is less water available to detoxify the form throughout the system.

5. Bring your own food or order a fruit plate rather than eating the cooked food offered upon the plane. Mila and Oa have found that most plane food is frozen for so long that it fails to digest increasing the difficulties of detoxifying the system by causing fermentation and gas. Many airlines rely upon frozen food that has been stored upwards of a year and therefore has little chi or life force or food value. Mila and Oa have learned to take two or three sandwiches along with their own snacks and order the fresh fruit and vegetable selection rather than a cooked meal on longer flights. One may require eating a little to help sustain the blood sugar level so fasting may not be advisable. One can specify an alternate meal selection when making their reservations or calling the airline at least 48 hours ahead of time.

6. Do not watch the movie unless your guidance tells you to. Violent movies create violent thoughts than then are reflected back in violent experiences and manifestations. Mila and Oa have observed an entire plane watching a recent James Bond flick go into extreme unconscious harmfulness due to the topic and violence of the film. They spent their time and energy moving the violence out of the plane and were battered by it in the process. Listen to music instead, or read, or meditate. Occasionally there may be a film with issues related to your own process, and this may be different, but be discerning. Remember your thoughts and fantasies create your reality.

7. Upon arrival to the hotel, take a mud bath or bath with salt or utilize the pool or Jacuzzi to pull the toxins through the pores of the skin. Mila and Oa travel to places that have the bare minimum of a Jacuzzi tub or if possible a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. This is a necessary element to their ability to sustain their vibration and detoxify the form in their travels.  The mud bath is particularly useful right after a long flight as it will pull off all the skin that died due to the lack of oxygen.  This allows for a more rapid recovery in travel and less likelihood of developing flu-like symptoms.

8. Learn to Circular Breathe.  Circular breathing aligns and in breath and out breath between physical and etheric bodies.  The alignment allows the oxygen released by the etheric body to be received by the physical body allowing for no lack of oxygen in long plane flights.  It also allows the etheric body to receive the C02 that it requires to sustain itself.  See "From the Acacia Trees" for more information.
