The Dance of the
Male and Female Within
The Swan Kingdom through Ingrid Kronholm
The Swan kingdom is delighted with the recent changes upon Earth and Alfie’s (the Earth Father’s) return. This makes possible a deep healing of the rift between the male and female that has plagued everything on Earth since he shattered off. With Alfie’s return the male frequencies that were lost with him return as well. These can now illuminate many patterns that could not be seen before. Each kingdom upon Earth and Earth as a whole are now looking closely at what it takes to move into greater wholeness and in this quest the healing of the male and female dance is a part of the focus.
The Swan kingdom is the bearer of divine union and knows a lot about what it takes to anchor this upon Earth. We would like to offer to our ascending human brothers and sisters assistance in healing your own inner dance of the male and female.
The first step in this healing is to take a close look to see if the inner male and female, from when you were born and up to present time, are really your own. Most will find that large portions of what you thought was you are actually not, but rather portions of somebody else’s inner family. You can intend to bring in vibrations to illuminate what is not truly your own inner family and then break the agreements to exchange parts of yourself and your history from this life time with another.
With the portions of another’s inner family member you will also have their patterns and thought forms in your field along with everything that was a part of that inner family member. And so when you return to another what belongs to them, also return everything that is related. Then bring your own inner family member back and all that belongs to them.
The male and female each hold their own frequencies and gifts and talents. To have a full range within yourself, you need both sides of self to be present and holding their own. For example, the inner female is a good visionary looking into the future at the possible dreams to bring in and so if you give her away in exchanges with others, you will give some of your visionary capabilities away at the same time. The male on the other hand is gifted at containing the dreams and step by step bringing them down to physical manifestation. And so if you give parts of him away it will be hard for you to manifest the dreams that you envision for yourself.
There can be many reasons for exchanging inner family members with another and so we invite you to highlight the patterns within that make you continue to fracture in this way. When you release these patterns, what you bring back to yourself will more likely stay with you and be reintegrated again.
Some of you might find that you tend to give of your inner male away receiving another’s inner female and some will tend to give the inner female away receiving another’s inner male instead. To understand why you do this we will offer to you some questions that you can ask yourself when working upon creating a whole and balanced relationship between your inner male and female.
First, take a look at how the inner male and female, your inner beloveds, relate to each other. They may get along very well or may be arguing with each other. They may look each other in the eyes or turn their back upon each other. Whatever you perceive is a reflection of the inner state of divine union between the male and female. Then you can understand from this what work needs to be done.
Focus upon your inner female for a while and ask her what she thinks about herself and how she experiences herself. Does she feel confident about herself? Does she love herself? Is she fulfilled in her life? What you perceive will trigger what you need to work upon, like thought forms and programs to break down.
Ask your inner female what she thinks about your inner male and how she experiences him. Does she love and honor him? Does she trust him? Does she perceive his beauty and gifts or does she look down on him?
Now focus upon your inner male and ask him how he experiences himself and what he thinks about himself. Does he honor himself? Does he feel he has what it takes to ascend? Is he fulfilled in his life?
Ask your inner male what he thinks about your inner female and how he experiences her. Is he afraid of her? Does he feel rejected by her? Does he like her or dislike her?
There might be lots of karma, patterns and thought forms triggered in looking at the dance like this, but when you release it you can move into a greater state of love and honor in both sides, honor of themselves and of each other.
Now check to see if both your male and female take full responsibility for your ascension or if you have polarized the responsibility into one part of yourself. This might be related to competition between the two and so this is something to look for.
Ask them if they both contribute equally to your ascension, expressing all of their gifts and talents needed for you to move to the next step on your ascension path. Often there is a polarization so that you express more of your female side or more of your male side and so if this is what you find look at why it is this way and intend to transcend it. You can also look for lost gifts and talents if you do not express fully in one side of yourself.
The state of your inner beloveds will also be seen in how you run your field. If you hold your power in your inner male you will hold a more powerful flow in your right side, the male side, of your field. If you only allow your inner female love and healing you will hold more love and embrace more healing in your left side, the female side. This can also affect the etheric body and your health and so working on balancing the energy flow and opening the meridians in both sides is a good focus.
You can also look at how you ground to the aurora and how you connect to your oversoul, to balance this out to a larger degree, along with any other movement in your field. The more balanced field you create, the easier it becomes to hold your boundaries and ascend.
After focusing upon the inner beloveds like this and clearing what you find that is not supportive to the dance of love, honor and divine union, now take another look at how they relate to each other and see how it has changed due to your work.
Now bless your inner male and bless your inner female and bless their relationship to each other. Feel how these blessings fill your entire field, both the right side and the left side and how your heart can expand a little more in the love that is flowing.
